Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your order.
1. Digital Products Only
All products available on Mama Reset are digital downloads delivered electronically.
No physical products will be shipped.
2. All Sales Are Final
Because digital files are immediately accessible after payment, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available once the download link or file has been delivered.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued if:
- You did not receive your download link or file.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.
- If either applies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at office@mama-reset.com, and we will gladly assist or resend the file.
4. Responsibility of the Customer
Please ensure that you enter the correct email address at checkout.
Mama Reset is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
